Concrete plant of CAUCASUS ROAD PROJECT has a decisive advantage in construction sphere – all modules of the plant are supplied in standard sea containers, making the issue of nonstandard cargo dimensions irrelevant. Relocation of the plant requires just regular container cargo transport vehicles, and erection and dismantling times are very short. These factors allow concrete production on the construction site, dramatically reducing construction time and logistical expenses for concrete mixing and transportation.
Product quality is controlled by specialized ultramodern equipment and according to strictest international standards. Quality of concrete is monitored both in the plant itself and on the supply site by Italian mobile laboratory CONTROLS. Production quality is ensured by the workers’ high level of qualification, having undergone the training by German companies STRABAG and HEILIT-WOERNER. Ground works testing is conducted by German INFRATEST laboratory.
CAUCASUS ROAD PROJECT follows high standards in environment protection. LINTEC’s concrete mixing plant is equipped by modern cement filters, reducing atmospheric pollution practically to zero. Furthermore, water, utilized in the production process, goes through special sedimentary to return purified to nature.
CAUCASUS ROAD PROJECT produces high quality gravel, utilizing POWERSCREEN mobile crushing, screening and washing complex with production capacity of 300 cubic meters per hour. Mobile crushing machines of HARTL and RABEL MASTER are also participating in the production process.
