The road of Koda-Partskhisi-Manglisi-Tsalka-Ninotsminda, section 77km – 92km is of state importance. The 16 km length section that needs rehabilitation lies at Javakheti Plateau, 2050 meters above from sea level and covers following villages: Tbeti, Sameba, Gantiadi, Sakdrioni and Aizma. The original road surface – asphalt concrete was repeatedly repaired for several times, however, nowadays it is seriously damaged (holes, cracks, etc.). The project is intended to remove the old asphalt concrete, clean and arrange a new road surface.
