Modern standard building constructions at Ilia lake have started in summer 2011. Velo-track and amphitheatre for 1 500 audience were constructed around the lake. Several Cafe-restaurants, football, basketball and volleyball stadiums have been constructed. Construction was finalized 7th November of 2011
