Caucasus Road Project has started a new project Rehabilitation of Dzedzileti-Gordi-Nora Road and Bridge Construction on Rivers Tskhenistskali and Mechia announced by Roads Department of Georgia, Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. The project section of Dzedzileti-Gordi-Nora road is located in Khoni Municipality and is of local importance. The mentioned road is a connection between the Matkhoji-Khidi-Gordi-Kinchkha and the Kutaisi-Tskhaltubo-Tsageri-Lentekhi-Lasdili highway, which also connects the local villages with road traffic and touristic attractions like: Oktse Canyon, Prometheus, etc. The project includes rehabilitation of approximately 10 km section of the mentioned road and construction of two bridges on rivers Tskhenistskali and Mechia.
